Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by handling various administrative tasks, managing data, generating reports, and assisting with sales-related activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data and sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist with the creation of sales funnels, scripts, and presentations to support the sales process.
  • Manage and maintain customer data, including updating customer records, managing contact lists, and tracking sales activities.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with invoicing and financial transactions using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, responding to inquiries, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with data management tools.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software preferred.
  • Sales background and experience in office management, report generation, and presentations.
